In times of conflict between school authorities and student unions, he mediates to ensure amicable resolutions, sometimes involving the Commissioner or relevant directorates to uphold the Omi Tuntun 2.0 vision.

Mr. Olojede's proactive approach includes monitoring educational standards and maintaining regular communication with the Ministry of Education. His direct interactions with student leaders enable him to identify challenges and propose solutions through formal channels, ensuring that the administration remains responsive to student needs.The expansion of higher institutions in the state presents greater responsibilities, but Mr. Olojede’s dedication and regular engagement with leaders at all levels have yielded positive results.
