The Senator representing the Oyo South District at the 9th Assembly, Dr. Mohammed Kola Balogun has joined millions of Ibadan indigenes, home and abroad to felicitate the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji, Aje Ogungunniso 1 on his 92nd birthday. The monarch who was coronated in March 2016 is the 41st and has shown himself as a caring and accessible leader to both indigenes and residents of Ibadan and Oyo State in general. According to press statement by the Senator's Special Adviser on media, Senator Kola Balogun is especially thankful to God for Kabiyesi's vibrant health at this landmark age of 92 years.
Senator Balogun concludes; "We are very proud of our father and we are grateful to God that he is witnessing another birthday in good health and better Oyo State, despite the challenges of the pandemic. I pray God continues to give you vibrant health and great wisdom to lead us well the rest of your years".
